My musical "history"

Followed by last night's post, I thought that I'd write something about the things I've done in the past.

Singing. Ever since I was a little kid, I've taken part to school plays that involve singing etc. I've got no clue if I'm any good or not, it's just something I enjoy doing when I'm alone. Yes, I don't really like singing in front of other people, I'm just too shy for that haha. I've also been a part of a choir when I was a kid, I started rebelling with my friend at some point and we left - well, the choir leader basically kicked us out. :D

Piano. I'm actually a bit annoyed that I stopped playing, I quite enjoyed it. I just absolutely hated my teacher (what's with me hating my teachers lol..) and didn't want to carry on. I wasn't exactly brilliant but at least it was something to do. Maybe I'll start playing again when I have money (and motivation) for it.

Violin. This was only for a week at a summer camp. I just thought that I could try something new and got my friend to pick violin with me. It was really really basic and I never touched a violin again, but we did perform to the parents at the end of the week. It was a proud moment.

I'd love to learn how to play the guitar, I just think that it is such a beautiful instrument and I think it would just.. make me relaxed you know? My mum used to play the guitar when she was young and had a guitar of her own, I took it home with me but never really got around to it. It was also missing a string.
